No. This variant is designed for the standard SIG Sauer P365 pistol. The P365 XL and P365 XMacro differ in dimensions, and a separate suitable holster must be chosen for them. Does the holster fit the P365-380 model? The manufacturer lists a separate holster variant for the P365-380. Therefore, the K 365's compatibility should not automatically be extended to this model. Is the holster suitable for left-handed users? No. The K 365 (RH) is a right-handed variant. For left-handed draw, choose the left-handed (LH) version of the same model. Is the retention adjustable? Yes. The holster retention is adjustable. The setting should hold the pistol securely while still allowing a controlled and smooth draw. Does the holster fit a P365 with an optic? The manufacturer does not specify the presence of an optic cut for this variant. If a red dot sight is installed on the pistol, compatibility between the sight and the holster edge should be checked separately before purchase. Does the holster fit a pistol with a weapon light or laser? The manufacturer does not specify the K 365 variant for use with a weapon light or laser. The pistol with an accessory should not be forced into the holster. For such a configuration, a holster made specifically for the exact pistol and accessory combination must be chosen. Does the holster fit a P365 with a manual safety? The manufacturer does not differentiate between manual safety and non-safety versions of the P365 for this variant. If the pistol has a manual safety, check with an unloaded firearm to ensure the holster does not press on the safety or hinder its movement. What is the purpose of the holster’s inner lining? The soft suede-like inner lining reduces direct friction between the pistol's surface and the rigid Kydex body. This does not completely prevent wear marks, as dust and sand entering the holster can also scratch the surface. When is the Houston K 365 the right choice? This holster is suitable for a right-handed user with a standard configuration SIG Sauer P365 who is looking for a compact inside-the-waistband holster. The Kydex body retains its shape, the adjustable retention allows for customized hold, and the soft inner lining helps protect the pistol's finish. If you use a P365 XL, P365 XMacro, P365-380, or a P365 with accessories, you must select a holster confirmed for that exact model and configuration. Left-handed users will need the LH version. Expert recommendation Always check holster compatibility with a completely unloaded pistol. The pistol must sit evenly in the holster, the trigger area must be protected, and no controls should be under pressure from the holster. Practice drawing only with an unloaded firearm at first and make sure clothing does not enter the trigger area when holstering. Adjust retention so that the pistol remains secure during normal movement but can be drawn with a controlled pull. Regularly check the tightness of the belt clip and retention screws, and clean the inside of the holster from abrasive dirt.
