The manufacturer has not confirmed compatibility with revolver speedloaders or cartridge holders. Frequently Asked Questions Is the holster suitable for pistols with lasers? According to the manufacturer, the E65B/MAG version is intended for most pistols with lasers. However, compatibility depends on the laser's dimensions, mounting location, and the shape of the firearm, so the specific combination must be checked with an unloaded firearm. Which revolvers is the Houston E65B/MAG suitable for? The manufacturer specifies K-frame revolvers and models with barrel lengths up to 4.5 inches. The frame designation alone does not guarantee compatibility, as barrel profile, sights, and other dimensions may vary by model. Is this a right-handed shoulder holster? Yes. A right-handed holster is typically positioned under the left armpit so the firearm can be drawn with the right hand. The magazine pouch is located on the opposite side of the harness. Can the size of the shoulder harness be adjusted? Yes. The harness is adjustable and, according to the manufacturer, fits most body types. It should be set up so that the holster sits close to the body and does not move excessively when walking or bending. Can a revolver speedloader fit in the magazine pouch? The included pouch is described by the manufacturer as a magazine holder. Compatibility with revolver speedloaders is not confirmed and depends on the dimensions of both the pouch and the specific speedloader. Is the shoulder holster suitable for a pistol with an optic? The manufacturer does not describe this model as an optic cut holster. Therefore, compatibility with a firearm equipped with an optic cannot be assumed and must be checked separately before purchase. Recommended products Holsters and magazine pouches Firearm and ammunition accessories Pistols Magazines Gun bags and cases When is the Houston E65B/MAG RH the right choice? This model is suitable for right-handed users who want to carry a pistol with a laser or a K-frame revolver under outerwear and do not prefer a belt holster. The vertical orientation accommodates even longer firearms with barrels up to 4.5 inches, and the adjustable harness allows the holster to be fitted to the user's body and clothing. If your firearm has an optic, a larger weapon light, or an unusually shaped laser, you should choose a holster made specifically for your firearm and accessory combination. A precisely molded Kydex holster may also be a better choice if you prioritize a rigid construction and adjustable retention. Expert recommendation The comfort and stability of a shoulder holster depend primarily on correct harness adjustment. Position the holster high enough and close to the body so the firearm does not swing while moving, yet remains easily accessible with a natural hand movement. The spare magazine on the opposite side helps to balance the weight, especially when carrying a heavier metal-frame pistol or K-frame revolver. Always check compatibility with a completely unloaded firearm. Ensure that the holster covers the trigger guard, the firearm remains secure during movement, and the laser does not interfere with holstering or drawing. Practice using the holster only in a safe environment with an unloaded firearm. As Eco-Leather is a soft material, regularly inspect the condition of the holster, stitching, and harness, and always make sure that no part of the material extends into the trigger area before each use. Adjustable shoulder holster for pistols with lasers or K-frame revolvers The Houston E65B/MAG RH combines a soft inner lining, adjustable harness, and a spare magazine pouch. It is a practical shoulder holster for right-handed users who want to discreetly carry a pistol or revolver with a barrel up to 4.5 inches under a jacket or coat.
