The Nitecore HA15 UHE is an ultralight AA-powered headlamp using six UHE LEDs to deliver up to 400 lumens. It is compatible with various AA batteries as well as the Nitecore NL1411R 14500 Li-ion battery and features white and red light, SOS and Beacon modes, IP66 protection and a lightweight 43 g design.
The Nitecore HA15 UHE is a versatile ultralight headlamp weighing only 43 g. It uses six NiteLab UHE LEDs together with an optical matrix lens system to provide efficient and focused illumination. Maximum output reaches 400 lumens, with a maximum beam distance of up to 87 yards, approximately 80 metres. The HA15 UHE operates with a single AA battery and is compatible with alkaline, lithium iron and Ni-MH AA batteries. It can also use the Nitecore NL1411R 14500 Li-ion battery. With the NL1411R, the headlamp reaches its maximum 400-lumen output and provides up to 114 hours of runtime on the lowest 6-lumen setting. With a standard AA battery, runtime on the lowest setting is up to 82 hours. The manufacturer states that the white light output, maximum output and maximum runtime figures are measured using the Nitecore NL1411R Li-ion battery. In addition to the white light, the HA15 UHE features auxiliary red light with High, Low and Slow Flashing modes. The red light can be used for night-time activities and signalling. SOS and Beacon modes provide additional options for emergency situations. Two differently shaped buttons with distinct tactile feedback allow quick operation. The headlamp is made from PC plastic and TPE material and is designed to withstand impacts and low temperatures. IP66 protection helps protect against dust and powerful water jets, while impact resistance is rated to 1 metre. Its low weight and flexible power options make the HA15 UHE suitable for camping, hiking, running, job sites and everyday tasks.
