The Rapala Down Deep Husky Jerk is a deep-diving suspending lure that reaches depths of nearly 6 m when trolled. When cast, it quickly dives to almost 3 m, making it suitable for fishing deep drop-offs and deeper water.
The Rapala Down Deep Husky Jerk is a well-balanced deep-diving lure designed for both trolling and casting. When trolled, it reaches depths of nearly 6 m, while when cast it quickly dives to almost 3 m. This makes it a practical choice for targeting fish holding deeper in the water and for working deep drop-offs. Its deep-diving lip helps the lure reach the desired depth quickly, while the suspending design allows it to remain at its depth when paused. The balanced construction provides stable and straight-running action at different retrieval speeds. The Down Deep Husky Jerk is equipped with loud rattles that add sound and vibration to its action. Its design also allows for long casting distances. Premium VMC Black Nickel hooks provide reliable terminal hardware, while every lure is hand tuned and tank tested to ensure it runs straight and true.
